| Wow! I just finished my 7 day cleanse and I feel wonderful.
I have lost about 10lbs. and I am at a weight that I haven't
seen or been in 13 years. I have had an amazing reconnection
to my body and had some emotional releases during the week; But
I knew you all were there cheering me on, and supporting my process.
I feel more confident in taking care of my body and my health
and I am going to continue with this new lifestyle. The almond
milk and juice was excellent and presented and delivered timely
everyday. I feel the cleanse was a great start out point for
me to continue With Dr. Young's program. Now that I have experienced

the "Farm pHresh Cleanse" was the best thing
I've done for myself! I feel healthy, my skin looks great and I lost weight. Perhaps most importantly, doing the cleanse made me aware of how much my body craves green veggies and more water (I used to be a hard core red meat and rice kind of girl). It has changed the way I eat and increased the amount of water I drink. My body is thanking me still! During the cleanse, I was surprised to never be hungry and that everything taste so good!
